Aleš played junior hockey until 1989 for HC Sparta Praha. From 1990 until 1997 he played professionally hockey in Germany. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a Scout for the NHL team of the Ottawa Senators. Subsequently, Aleš Volek founded his own agency ALVO, which currently represents more than 100 hockey players in the best hockey leagues in Europe and North America. In 2007, ALVO joined the CAA - the world's best sports agency to work with.
Lukáš started with hockey at the age of five and is a pupil of Slavia Praha. After participating in the World Cup "18" in 2000, he was given the first opportunity in the Czech Extraleague at the age of 19. At the turn of 2001-02 he started at the World Cup “20” in Pardubice and Hradec Králové. He went through the Extraliga Litvínov and during the NHL closure he was catching an extra league in Jihlava's Dukla. Most of his career was linked to the Slavia jersey, where he also earned an extra-league title in 2003. After a foreign engagement in 2010, where he caught in Nitra, he decided to end his active career. However, he stayed with hockey and started working as an ice hockey agent at ALVO.
Jarda grew up in hockey in Uherské Hradiště, went through all the junior national teams, played U18 and U20 World Championships. During his career he became one of the icons of Zlín hockey, where he won three times the crown of the best extraleague shooter and added two championship titles 2004 and 2014. He also played three times the Senior World Championship and in 2006 significantly helped the Czech national team to win the silver medals. Jaroslav also enriched his career with NHL starts at Columbus Blue Jackets. He also worked abroad in Sweden and Finland, where he won a bronze medal. In the 2011 season he became a member of the Hockey Shooters Club. In the summer of 2015, Jarda decided to end his rich career and started working for ALVO, who represented him during his career.
Zbyněk started with hockey in Milevsko. In youth he worked in Sparta Prague, where he moved to junior QMJHL. He started the World Championship "18" and the World Championship "20", where he won the bronze medal. He was then drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning team and signed a contract with the team later on. He played lower overseas competitions AHL and ECHL. After returning, he played an extra league for Sparta and Mlada Boleslav. He also went to Germany and the top French competition. Then Zbyněk decided to accept the offer of the ALVO agency and started to cooperate with her.
After twenty years in the US and England, Aleš returned to the Czech Republic, where he helps elite athletes get to the top in fitness training. He is also a fitness coach for the Extraliga team HC Bílí Tygři Liberec and takes care of the preparation of our agency's clients. At the same time he is involved in the five-year educational program of the elite coaching academy C.H.E.K Insititute (USA). He also has the following training and coaching certificate: NSCA (USA) - Personal trainer, Premier (UK) - Gym instructor, University of Alaska (USA) - Bachelor degree (USA) - Practitioner Level 1, Level 3 and Golf Holistic Performance Specialist
Youth Development Advisor
After completing his active activity in playing hockey for Slavia Prague, Olomouc and Třebíč, Zbyněk worked as a coach at HC Slavia Praha, where he became one of the most successful coaches. For 10 years he was the head coach of the youth training center. Under his leadership, players such as Tomáš Vlasák, David Volek, Petr Bříza and many other top hockey players grew up. In 2009 he worked in the expert group PhDr. Luděk Bukač. He is one of the leading hockey experts and at ALVO uses his experience to develop young players. Since 2002, he has been working as a coach at HC Letňany.
