ALVO has some of the best results in the ice hockey industry. One of the reasons for this successful balance is to support the player in his development. Our goal is to provide each of our clients with the tools they need to harness their potential. We are able to recognize each player’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on these findings, specific training plans are set (ice, dry training, etc.).

ALVO has long been a supporter of strengthening and improving off-season fitness. Our fitness coach Aleš Pařez supervises the training of our clients and helps them in their development. Ales leads programs focusing on strength, speed, dynamism and endurance. All these aspects are a necessity for every player in today’s ice hockey. As we know that performance depends on the psyche of the players, Aleš “in his unique way” also cares about the psychological resistance of the players. After twenty years in North America and England, Aleš returned to the Czech Republic, where he helps elite athletes get to the top in fitness training. Aleš is also a fitness coach for the HC Bílí Tygři Liberec extra-league team.
